Licensed to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.

His main practice areas are: corporate and commercial law, contract law, civil litigation and domestic and international arbitration, mergers and acquisitions.

He worked abroad as a “foreign visiting lawyer” at: Hugh Peralta & Associates - Malta (1997); Clark & Trevithick - Los Angeles (USA) (1998); Maitland & Co. - Vancouver (Canada) (1999).

He teaches law at accredited legal courses: “Legal English”, “Corporate governance and corporate law”, “Business Contracts”, “The Italian Limited Liability Company: outstanding issues”.
