Giuseppe Agozzino

Graduated in Law at the University of Milan Bicocca in 2000, with a thesis in labour law entitled "The notion of parasubordination".
He has been a member of the Italian bar since 2003.
Licensed to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.
He attended, from 2011 to 2012, the School of Advanced Training in Labour Law of AGI-Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani. He passed the qualification examination and, in 2013, he enrolled at AGI- Avvocati Giuslavoristi Giuslavoristi Italiani, of which he is still a member.
In 2014 he took part in the "Corso di Alta Formazione Temi e Problemi di Diritto del Lavoro" organized by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and accredited by the Council of Italian bar.
He has been working with Ferraro Ginevra Gualtieri - Studio Internazionale - since its foundation.
He deals mainly with labour law and civil litigation, assisting both companies and workers. He has also handled negotiations and labour law litigation in extraordinary corporate transactions in the interest of workers and companies, including multinationals corporation.
He has been a partner of AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Lavoristi Italiani) since 2013.
